A well-known guitarist (whose identity I don't know), when asked about his 
style, replied "I don't know if I'd call it a style so much as a series of 
bad habits strung together."  Thanks to my mate Rob for that, in case he 
reads this!

Another: the world-famous pianist and conductor Vladimir Ashkenazy once 
concluded an interview with the statement that music is just a mystery.
